The CMPD-Freedom Division is located in Northwest Charlotte and is divided into three response areas. There are six community officers that represent the three response areas. Each response area presents their own individual challenges and opportunities.

The FDAC"no fee" membership provides different opportunities to volunteer and opens the door to incredibly rewarding experiences.

If you have a passion to make a difference in your community, the FDAC is actively recruiting community and business leaders throughout the CMPD-Freedom Division to join the council as a member. Our aim is to have ample representation from each of the three response areas within the Freedom Division.
